Location and GPS data

The App displays the live GPS location of your assigned rental bike through our third-party fleet tracking integration. This refers to the location of the bike itself, not the live location of your personal mobile device, unless separately stated and permitted by you.

Payment information

Payments and invoicing are processed by Square. We do not store your full card or payment details. Your payment information is handled in accordance with Square’s own privacy practices and terms.

We use your personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Verify your identity

  • Assign and manage rental bikes

  • Process rental agreements and maintain related records

  • Send one-time passcodes (OTP) for login and security

  • Generate invoices and manage payment reminders

  • Display the GPS location of your assigned bike

  • Send service-related notifications and updates

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve App performance, security, and functionality

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications relating to:

  • Identity verification

  • Rental reminders and due dates

  • Account activity

  • Important service updates

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the App and provide our services, including:

  • Square for payment processing and invoicing

  • SMTP2GO for transactional emails such as OTPs and account notices

  • GPS51 for fleet GPS tracking services

  • Supabase for secure data and document storage

  • Expo for push notification delivery

  • Law enforcement, government agencies, courts, or regulators where required by law

We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle personal information securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Identity verification documents and rental records may be retained for a reasonable period as required by law, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us. We may retain certain information where legally required or reasonably necessary.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

This includes encrypted transmission of data over secure connections such as HTTPS/TLS. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

The App is intended only for users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
